Event: School-Sponsored Housing Grand Opening

Location: The new School Sponsored Housing location (near the Joyce Skytrain Station)

Student Affairs is currently looking for volunteers to fill the following positions at our Grand Opening Event:

Caricature Artist x2
Popcorn Machine Operator
Snow Cone Machine Operator
Hot dog roller operator
Cotton Candy Machine Operator
Event Set-up
Event Take down
Welcome Table
Carnival Game Vendor x3
DJ

This is going to be an exciting event hosting 100+ people. If you are interested in this volunteer opportunity, please contact Lisa Elliott – lelliott@aii.edu with your full name and the position you are most interested in.

Volunteer Hours for this event will count towards the hours needed to receive the Service Award at the Graduation Ceremony. Students need to volunteer 30 hours or more (with the school) to be eligible for this award.
